Component Stamping

In accordance with customer requirements, we manufacture stamped metal parts using raw materials in steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, among others, with thickness from 0.1 mm up to 4 mm.

We have a fleet of machines from conventional machines up to 250 Ton at fast machines up to 25 Ton.We subcontract and design and manufacture dies and cutters in order to meet customer requirements.

Manufacturing of Tools (Dies and Cutters)

Considering the current needs of the market, the company has invested in its own means for the internal manufacturing of tools (dies and cuttings), namely the acquisition of CNC equipment, grinding machines, among others.

Prototyping

In order to respond to our customers' requests for new product development and production design optimization, we manufacture and develop prototype metal components for small series that fit our production capacity.
This process enables the customer to develop their product before starting production in series, promoting cost reduction and ensuring the feasibility of the same.

Assembly

Through the experience acquired in the design and construction of equipment and production lines for industrial automation, we have the capacity for the implementation and development of products incorporating assemblies or individualized operations that involve the use of specific equipment.
Thus we can provide more value-added products with a greater variety of parts and components.
